Because the roofs of most commercial buildings have a fairly low slope, the selection of proper materials and the use of correct installation techniques are vitally important. Jones & Cleary has been successfully performing low-slope commercial roofing installations for more than 75 years. We have worked on literally thousands of structures, applying all the major forms of low slope roofing systems: built-up, modified bitumen, and single ply. In addition to the installation and repair of low-slope roofing systems on commercial buildings, Jones & Cleary also offers customers a preventive maintenance program to extend the service life of their existing roofs.
