Bill has been involved in the roofing business for nearly 30 years. He represents the third generation of Jones & Cleary. After graduating from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a B.S. in Finance, he began working at Jones & Cleary full-time. During his time with the company, Bill has been involved with many high profile projects. These projects include: Wrigley Field, Loyola University, University of Chicago, and the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Besides being President of Jones & Cleary Roofing, he is a board member of CRCA, and NRCA. Bill is also a member of the Young President's Organization.

Thomas is proud to be a third generation Jones & Cleary president. His direction has taken the company deeper into the niche market of architectural restoration to complement the company's strong commercial presence. His areas of expertise are in the restoration of architectural sheet metal, slate and tile roofing having studied his trades both in the US and in Europe.
After graduation from Chicago's Mount Carmel High School, Thomas went on to receive his Bachelor's in Finance from Boston University. He is a south suburban resident where he resides with his wife and two children. Mr. Cleary is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys sailing, tennis, golf, hunting and fishing. He is also an avid reader and travel enthusiast. Outside of work, Thomas volunteers his time for Catholic Charities and the National Lekotec Center along with being an active member of the Young President's Organization.

Tom joined Jones & Cleary as a Project Manager in 2001 and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he received his B.S. in Management. Tom came to Jones & Cleary with 18 years of commercial roofing and project management experience. Today, Tom is both Project and Safety Manager. He is a member of Hospital Engineer Society of Northern Illinois (HESNI) and American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
Areas of speciality include: Health Care, High Rise, Institutional and Commercial roofing applications.
